Norman Beeke has over twenty-five years experience in architectural and real estate development projects. He received his Bachelor of Architecture from Western Reserve University, with post-graduate studies in the Master of Business Administration – Real Estate program of American University. Prior to becoming active in real estate development, he practiced architecture in Cleveland, OH and Washington, DC.

Mr. Beeke is a member of ICSC, ULI, and the District of Columbia Building Industry Association, and has been a featured speaker and panelist at ICSC, ULI, and real estate conferences nationwide.

Mr. Beeke has extensive experience in urban mixed-use public/private real estate development.
