The National Headquarters of the Associated General Contractors of America wished to replace its existing 2.5 FAR headquarters building with a new building consisting of 5.8 FAR office and 2.2 FAR residential uses. Mr. Beeke planned and executed a successful new design and a two-step Planned Unit Development re-zoning The entitlement was approved by unanimous vote of the DC Zoning Cotmmission in 1993, and is currently under construction.
